What if there were more?
We give our lives to KPIs. To metrics that define our success, both in our own minds and in the eyes of others. We shape our identities around our accomplishments, often measured by how much money we make. This guy sold a $XM deal. That woman had three exits. Someone else retired at 32 because they were so successful.
For me, I held a C-title and was making the kind of money my younger self could have only dreamed of. But behind the scenes, I was crumbling. There had to be more than chasing KPIs and collecting paychecks. There had to be more than giving my time and energy to something that wasn’t serving me, my family, or my friends. Right? …right?
Jason, my husband, with love and honesty, looked at me one day and said, “Your spark is gone.”
At the end of the day, our “spark” or energy is all we have. The way we carry ourselves through the world shapes how we experience it. It affects the way we see things, the way we lead, and the way we love. I knew something had to change.
The crazy thing is: it took everything in me to walk away from a toxic situation. The courage, time and self talk, and support it took to make a decision to leave was nothing short of immense.
Three weeks ago, Jason and I hosted our second annual Arcadia Leadership Experience. We gathered with 65 GTM leaders in the wilderness of Montana for three days that felt like absolute magic. I know I’m biased, but the feedback from others made it clear something meaningful happened.
“This space isn’t just a boondoggle in the mountains. It’s a chance to reset, reconnect, and reclaim what makes you feel like… you.”
“ALX is unlike any experience I’ve ever attended. It’s where real community is built, true human connections are made, and you are challenged to not only be a better leader, but a better person.”
“ALX is a deeply moving, life-altering conference. If you’re a serious GTM exec who needs a reset, some inspiration, and a real connection to your peers, this is the place.”
After the event, Jason and I kept asking ourselves why it felt so different. The mountain air helped. The food, the content, the space to unplug, and the weather, all of it played a part. But at its core, I think the answer is simple.
The magic is in the humanity. It is leaders showing up with their guard down, willing to say “me too” and “I’ve been there.” It is giving ourselves permission to ask the questions we usually avoid, while walking alongside people who are doing the same.
Greatness looks different for everyone. But the path is meaningful when we walk it together.
We have been talking about this for a while and are finally ready to open our arms to create a space to do just that - all year long. Introducing The Arcadia Constellation. A new formation of the modern leader. One who is aligned, present, and fully human.
There are no formulas here or how-to guides. Just space to define your own version of greatness, inside and outside of your work, surrounded by others who are doing the same.
We would be honored if you joined us. This first chapter will be small and intentional. There are 200 spots available.
We launch September 3 with Mara Gleason Olsen - on the power of thought.

Let this be the year you choose yourself. Because, there is more.
Be Great. Be Arcadia.
