We just wrapped the first stop of the Arcadia Good Time Roadshow, and it was indeed a good time.

Thirty people showed up in Austin. Thirty amazing humans.

Before every event, Jason and I sit down and ask each other the same question: what's our intention here? What do we want people to walk away with?

For this one, the answer was simple: Everyone feels seen. Leaves with a new friend. Walks out feeling like the night was different from their typical event.

We're not in the business of hosting another happy hour, or at least we try not to be.

So there was bowling, shuffleboard, and foosball. There were also conversation prompts and open-ended questions built to get people past the title in the first five minutes.

I got an email from one of the attendees this morning:

"I was just talking about what an energy boost I got from your event; the experience was palpably different from any other business networking community I've joined."

That's it. That's the goal.

In a world where everything feels in question, spaces where people connect beyond the title and the follower count are what we need. They're also rare.

That's Arcadia.

Two things on the calender this week:

  • Arcadian, Drew Quinlan is walking through what's actually working right now for senior GTM leaders navigating a strange market. If you're in a search, or thinking about being in one, this is worth your hour.

  • Arcadia Leadership Experience pricing goes up next Wednesday
Arcadia Leadership Experience is our annual in person immersive gathering in Montana for 65 high-performing GTM leaders who want to build meaningful careers without losing themselves in the process. It is a leadership lab, relationship accelerator, and reset. July 27–30.

We extended the deadline by a week because a few of you asked. After Wednesday, prices go up and they don't come back down.

Be Great. Be Arcadia.
