This feels like small fry to some of you.

This week I hung a shelf in my house, the kind that required anchors, and I don’t know why but of all the things this felt very high stakes, like if I mess it up it will fall off the wall, there will be gaping holes everywhere, and welp… failure.

Jason came downstairs and I shared this pressure with him. He looked at me and calmly said, okay, well if you mess up, then we just patch up the wall and start over.

And I guess that’s true with most things. If it doesn’t work, you patch up the wall and start over.

And just so you know, the shelf looks great.

For the third year in a row, we are beyond excited to welcome 65 GTM leaders to Montana for an immersive experience to forge purpose-built relationships with peers, learn from the best in the business, and create a real moment of pause and reflection in an otherwise very busy world.

“I don’t say it lightly, but I wouldn’t be where I am or what I’ve accomplished in the last six months without Arcadia. It gave me a chance to breathe, reflect, and remember what is important to me. It set me on a better path professionally, personally, and most importantly as a mom.”

And in the spirit of building connection, we are hosting our first open networking session inside the Arcadia Constellation, which means you’re invited. Join us for a The Campfire, a free curated virtual networking hour on 2/26 from 2–3 EST. This will be an active, programmed room to meet like-minded peers through structured conversations, and we’d love to see you and your friends there.

Go put some holes in the wall this week. What’s the worst that could happen?

Be Great,
Sam
